8.0מיקום מעולה , מיטות נוחות, שירות מעולה, יש חדר של חטיפים ושתייה חופשית, ארוחת בוקר כלולה ועם מבחר , קפה מעולה סופגניות לחמים היינו מופתעים
− מזגן בחדר היה מזגן יחידה כזה , היה רועש נאלצנו לכבות אותו. הבידוד בין הקומות לא טוב ,היינו קומת קרקע , ושמענו את האורחים מעלינו את ההליכות וזה קצת הפריע שזה היה בדיוק שהלכנו לישון.

9.0We loved our room and the hotel! Could use some updates but the room was spacious, super clean and the bed was amazing!
− The price was ridiculous!! Way overpriced because of graduation weekend and that’s why we were there! It is unacceptable how much we were charged! HG is not a 5 star hotel and to be taken advantage of was wrong!
