We stayed at Lapita from 20th to 27th and had a truly wonderful experience. It is a beautiful hotel and one of the best family holidays we’ve had. The four theme parks were fantastic for the kids and kept them thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. We were on a half-board plan, and when our flights were delayed, the reception team were incredibly kind and accommodating—they added a meal for the next day and also offered us spa discounts, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The service across the hotel was exceptional—from reception to restaurants, housekeeping, security, and the buggy service. Everyone was professional, warm, and always smiling. A special mention to the amazing restaurant staff—from Day 1, Mujammil took exceptional care of us and was always attentive and welcoming. Thank you as well to Nandu, Sangam, Kranti, Paul, and Rebecca—each one of you works incredibly hard and truly makes guests feel valued. The kids’ club was one of the best we have ever experienced. Chatu, Phoo, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. Our children were always happy, well looked after, and thoroughly entertained, which made the holiday even more relaxing for us as parents. The spa experience was also excellent, with a special thanks to the wonderful Eni, who made it truly memorable. Overall, this holiday exceeded all expectations. Lapita delivers outstanding service, a fantastic family experience, and genuine hospitality. We would highly recommend it and would love to return

Great restaurant staff Aman, Kranti, Zain & Khaled

The overall aesthetic of the hotel is fantastic. The pools, the park, the buggies are all great! The drivers of the buggies are also wonderful with the kids. Really good service. There were some notable issues. The check-in staff are clearly overran. You have to wait 15mins in the queue for your turn which is clearly unacceptable when you’re tired from a long flight. You need far more check-in staff to handle all the customers queries and to allow your staff to give the service they really want. I also feel, as with the rest of Dubai hotels, room cleanliness is below standard. Dust is everywhere. It feels like housekeeping just make the beds then move on to the next room. My biggest feedback is reserved for your restaurants and staff. Not only was the variety of food fantastic, all the restaurant staff were fantastic. They were clearly happy and proud of their national cuisines and it shines through. I particularly wanted to give personal feedback to Kranti, Khaled, Zain & Aman. The service we received from them was unprecedented for us and they are the reason we will come back to Lapita. They provided us with the most wonderful service, far over and above what we’d expect.

This place is just a perfect gateway for a family and a relaxing break, the food is amazing and the service is excellent. A special thanks to Hawely from concierge, Judge kids club, Sangam from Kalea restaurant, Husain and Remon. Thank you so much for making our stay so special we will come back soon

Our last stay in this hotel

Having been guests in this hotel for many years and multiple stays with the family this one turned out to be our last. The hotel and setting is still beautiful and partially even improved. However it seems that the hotel or rather hotel staff is no longer able to cope with the high number of bookings. Being fully booked, as we were informed right away, it seems housekeeping and staff cannot keep up anymore. Room service did not happen or the timing was incredibly bad and disturbing our stay. Cleaning quality was not the standard it used to be anymore. When asked for a late check out - first time we asked for this favor after many years - we experienced total inflexibiliy. The rate we were offered for extension by a few hours being incredribly high. Since we get the impression that guest satisfaction is no longer of interest anymore at this place we will choose another hotel for our next visit. On the positive we'd like to positively mention the breakfast and helpful and well organized staff during the busy breakfast times at the restaurant.

What an experience we have had here at Lapita hotel and resorts from the facilities to the people they just couldn’t do enough for us…Balu the buggy uncle was amazing sad to be leaving but we will 100% be back

Outstanding service

Travelled as a couple to this family hotel but still felt very welcomed. When we arrived late on the first night we met Emeric in Kalea. Who made sure we had enough to eat and drink before they closed. We got upgraded to a massive family room which had a large balcony and we felt really special, The whole team in all the bars and restaurants have been so welcoming but we have a new friend in Emeric. The team in Ari looked after us for lunch each day. The food in the hotel was outstanding. It is also one of the cleanest hotels I have visited, If you are all inclusive you also get park tickets included for Motiongate, LEGOLAND, Real Madrid works plus there is a shopping outlet next door. This hotel is definitely worth a visit with or without the children,
