10.0Uma pousada rica em detalhes, um charme incrível, o lugar tem uma paz que deixa tudo mais lindo , os funcionários super prestativos , o Denis na recepção, a Jaque nos atendendo no café da manhã, e todos os outros , voltaria sem dúvidas, vai ficar na memória.

10.0É o melhor hotel de Canela e Gramado disparado. Não fique procurando em outro lugar, não vale a pena. Muita atenção aos detalhes, quartos amplos, um chá da tarde disponível aos hóspedes muito saboroso . O café da manhã é excelente, além de tudo que está disponível ainda tem omelete e tapiocas. Agora é frio para usar a piscina mas ela é grande e com um excelente Jardim ao redor

10.0A pousada é muito charmosa, o quarto e limpo e quentinho, viemos no inverno. Estacionamento pertinho do quarto. Bom atendimento, café bom. Super recomendo esta pousada, com certeza voltaria.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 95 per day, per pet.
