4.0This place is overpriced for what you get. I do not recommend it. The place is all run down and needs renovations before it starts falling apart. Reading the previous reviews it looks like it’s been in renovations for a while. The pictures online are not the same as being here in person. We got there at noon and the room was ready. Check in time is at 3. If we wanted the room earlier we had to pay $10 more an hour. They couldn’t give me the room that was clean and available early because of corporate policy. I’ve been to other hotels and they try to accommodate you. The bathroom tile broken in the shower and the floor. The floor tile throughout the room was broken. This place looks like it wasn’t maintained throughout the years and now it is just falling apart. I should have read the reviews carefully before booking here. However, the food and service have been good so far. The kids loved being in the pool and at the beach.

6.0first of the price for what they offer and announce themselves not work it!! so i picked this place because i was looking for a spa like place, the lady that did the spa was off, so didn’t get my spa, staff dinning and all beverages done by 9pm what kind of resort is this. the rooms not as clean and the bathroom has a plumbing issue, my waiter was amazing!!!
