10.0I had a wonderful stay at Le Eminence Puncak. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the surrounding mountain views were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Would love to come back but without photo session
10.0The best hotel experience in Puncak should be the last name of Le Eminence Hotel! Heavy rain in Cipanas lead me to book nearest hotel and this was the first recommendation on app. Blind booking without checking the reviews, this is one of the best decision of my hotel reservation. Check in I was helped bu Zainab, smooth procedure. The guards welcoming us and helped us to across the road, thank you Pak Agus and Pak Ridwan. Some minor technical issues in the room helped by engineering teams Pak Abi, Pak Anjas and Pak Ali, issues were solved immediately. What a service! Also shout out to the housekeeping team, the room smells amazing when we entered the room for the first time. Sofa bed was clean and even gazebo in the middle of paddy field was squeaky-clean! The bed was very comfortable and huge! All I get is positive vibes here and this definitely will not be my last visit. Thank you for the extra mile service and keep it up!! Only one remark: There is free session of photoshoot. I was asked to come to their desk within 30min to see the result. I came there and the lady at the desk said I was in queue, she had 2 more people before me. I was not aware and was not informed that I had to register to see the photo result. I wasted 30min just to be told I needed to wait for my turn. I decided to leave and go back to Jakarta. For next time better to inform the guests what the procedure actually is.
I like this hotel because the view is very nice, and the stag of hotel is very kind . Hope I can come back here. Thanks

10.0Back again to stay in this hotel, farther more it has very good location, thar is a-river be side the hotel, you enjoy hearing the water flow sound and green land mountains around, good security, good service and facility, the room clean tidy and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and good service from NABILA Resiptionest.
