8.0I was in a good location with 24/7 security at the entrance.
− Roaches and needed better cleaning. There was mold in the shower and the floor needed better cleaning. We bought cleaning supplies and spent the first evening cleaning. Got bug spray and killed 3 large roaches. No hot water the first morning, told the staff and they fixed the problem.
