1.0I didn't stay there when I spoke to Rodrigo via booking.com I requested a Ada room he advised they didn't have any he also advised me the room I booked was a shared room with bunk beds not his fault nor was it the fault of the facilities or booking.com I just chose to personally not stay there Rodrigo was very professional in every step of the way he advised there were other rooms but unfortunately not at the price I was looking for not a problem as I said Rodrigo was very nice excellent customer service and very friendly im sure the property is great but I didn't stay Rodrigo undtood and offered me a full refund ... Rodrigo thanks for your prompt attention to my matter you sir are a great man

Nice hostel in a central part of town, I enjoyed it.
8.0Location, staff, atmosphere
− Late (4pm) checkin, absence of staff most of the time so no one to ask questions of. Parking is a lot harder than it sounds, and expensive ($1.50 an hour from 10 am to 6 pm) and there was no free parking at JAX restaurant that I could find. Still, I liked the place.
We want to come back again.
