10.0I liked that the breakfast buffet had alot of different food options such as eggs, sausage, sliced ham, pineapple, papaya, watermelon, avocado, brocolli, croissant, seasame bread, ect. I also liked that the view from my room was amazing. I could see the river and the mountain from my room. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. They got us in contact with our tour guide for Machu Picchu (Eddy) who did a great job. There is an elevator at this hotel. The hot water in the shower worked fine. The sheets on the bed kept me warm during the chilly night. The wifi worked excellent. Something I didn't like about the hotel is that there isn't a fridge or microwave in the room.

Owner is a thief!!!
2.0Don't go here!!! The owner is a thief. I booked a room here and when I showed up, the owner answered the door and told me he was closed. I showed up well within their posted check-in time. Then he has the audacity to say that I don't "qualify" for a refund!!! It's a good thing I was able to find a hostel nearby or I would have spent this night out on the street!
