2.0This has been one of the worst motels I have booked through Expedia. We get to the motel to check in and we can't because the room wasn't clean. We had to check in at 3:30 instead of 3:00. After getting to our room we find cockroaches throughout the night and a rusty razor blade on the window seal, mindful that we have kids so that was alerting. After getting our kids ready to take a bath, there was only scolding hot water and no cold water. So our kids couldn't bathe without being scolded by water so we refrained from that. A hotel guest was playing loud music till the early morning hours and we had the worst sleep ever. In the morning we tried to do laundry but someone came into the laundry room and stopped our dryer by opening the door. So we had to use extra money to finish the drying process.
