10.0Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : accueillant, chaleureux, très serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes les demandes. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi, grâce à leur gentillesse et à leur attention. Le séjour a été très agréable et je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement !

− The hotel requires immediate pest control and thorough disinfection due to the heavy infestation of bed bugs we found in all 3 rooms we were moved to.

8.0Отель очень понравилась. Чистые комнаты, кухня хорошая, голодными не останитесь. Ежедневная уборка номера.👍 Локация удобная: 3-5мин.пешком до трамвайной остановки Аксарай "Т1", 10-15 мин. до метро Иеникапи. От туда сразу можно доехать до аэропорта Сабиха.Г. с 1 пересадкой, ехать примерно 1ч.20мин. Рядом есть магазины/минимаркет. Рекомендую!!!
− В номере был только 1 стакан. Попрасили вторую принести, так как мы были двое. Хотели вечером чай попить, как мы без чая то). Но не дождались)(.
