Terrible place and irresponsible manager

1. Difficult to find contact number etc and finally went into WeChat and was able to communicate with a guy, the manager? 2. Booked airport pickup but manager mixed up clients during electronic communications.During transfer, their rented car was hit at the back by taxi. I was the back passenger and felt some pain in my back. Asked manager to write note of what happened for me to claim travel insurance after seeing doctor and he refused and asked me to goto the police to ask for the evidence. The manager was hesitant to give me his name when asked and was unhappy to come to discuss the matter with me but instead, asked me to walk to their other hotel nearby to talk to him which I have no idea why this should be happening. Also car transfer fee of USD10 per trip was the first and most important thing their staff asked on arrival, all before room key/ wifi password etc were given to me. 3. Room- dim,smelly,no hot water, TV not working. Toilet seat wobbly.Only at least Aircon functional. AVOID THIS HOTEL BY ALL MEANS. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISIM AND RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS HOTEL.

Me and friends booked at the last minute in this hotel through Agoda. So after 5 minutes, I made my booking, took a cab, and in a few minutes, I reached the hotel. They asked for my booking confirmation; unfortunately, I did not save it. I could not download my booking voucher as the internet was so slow. It took me 30 minutes to locate my booking. However, they said that they are fully booked and need to move to their sister hotel, Dream Relax Inn, just 5 minutes away. I waited for almost 30 minutes when they realized again that they were fully booked and needed to transfer to the Dream Relax Hotel. So I had no choice but to return again. When I enter the room, I smell dust. I even used my perfume and bought a room spray to lessen the bad smell. Rusty door knobs and hangers in the toilet Broken handles for the cabinet. Less power outlets, and too far from the bed area. Broken iron. There are no tags indicating if the liquid bottle is for hair conditioner or shampoo. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Very dimmed lights. You can feel it every time the neighboring rooms open and close their doors. It is very scary if you are alone. We need to complain about that last breakfast because they cannot prepare it at 0615H. We need to insist before they give. I tried being considerate, because in fact, they should give me compensation because of the inconvenience caused when I arrived at their hotel. But I let it pass because I am also a hotelier and I am trying to understand them. There are a lot of things to improve because there is great potential. The location and the Thai restaurant they have inside the premises

The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people.

I was originally booked here, March 2023, to relax after a few gruelling weeks abroad. After discussion with the manager, I was moved to a quieter location, The Dream Relax Inn, which was literally around the corner and off the main road. They are the same hotel chain. I appreciated the manager's compassion when I requested a quiet location (this hotel is on a main road with a lot of motorbike traffic). If you want a great location, this is a good place.

Nous avons été logés dans une chambre qu'il a fallu quitter car l'électricité était HS, la télé et le frigo ne fonctionnaient pas. La deuxième chambre était correcte. Durant notre séjour, le ménage n'a pas été fait et le linge de lit et de toilette n'ont pas été changés.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, excellent AC, very good meals and the staff were very friendly.
