10.0Facility is old and a bit quirky, but we have stayed there several times and the rooms are immaculate and the beds comfortable.
Didn’t get accessible room access requested
4.0Booked nearly month ago on Hotels.com. Noting: “ Requesting Handicapped or close access room near entrance on first floor, I walk with a cane.” Got call from hotel on road 4 hours before arrival noting “ I'm calling about your reservation you have with us you requesting a room downstairs and we do not have anything available downstairs we have a lot of workers in pretty much call our hotel along all our rooms and the only thing we have is upstairs and so we need to cancel this you can find a room that go for you one of the other properties that are in town please call me back at 559-9816441‘ I called back with manager noting Hotels.com never forwarded request until morning of stay and I had prepaid and while driving was unable to research other options, forcing me to stay. Bad breakdown of communication somewhen forced my disabled 70 year old body to climb stairs, gratefully with great assistance from desk staff member. Am booked to stay at same hotel on my return trip in 6 days and asked for assurance of being on ground floor.

8.0Nothing to dislike in particular and nothing particular to rave about. The location is fine. The neighborhood was quiet. The hotel staff was courteous.
Not a place you'd want to stay
2.0If you're familiar with the Bates Motel from the movie Psycho, then you have a perfect idea of what you'll be driving up to.
What is the deal with updated laundry scheme
4.0Eco frienly...does that mean doing laundry every three days, or every three stays.
