Not up to expectations
6.0Overall the hotel did not come up to expectations. I booked what was advertised as a superior double room. It had little to no natural light. Only had hot water shower on the final morning. They would polish the floors outside my room as early as 6:30 am. Little sound proofing so could hear other guests at all hours. Complimentary water looked to be tap water so did not use it. Huge positives were the staff who were all incredibly respectful and eager to assist.

10.0It's perfectly located. A lot of dining options. The only problematical part was that they weren't really helpful to find the pickup place for my bus transfer. But this was mostly my fault

2.0I want to start up by saying that the staff here is really nice and they try to accommodate you but this hotel is absolutely horrible. I saw roaches every day of my three day stay here. There are no electrical wall inserts to charge your phone near the bed. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. This was an inconvenience because I had to keep my phone by my bed to hear my alarm so I will go the day with only half percent of my phone. The room that they showed me on Expedia is not the room that they gave me when I arrived there. I would not recommend this hotel
