5.0Понравилось расположение здания. Стильный холл, аккуратный бассейн, шезлонги, душ. У бассейна можно купить напитки прямо из соседнего кафе. На этом достоинства заканчиваются.
− Основная претензия к чистоте. Апартаменты откровенно "уставшие". Нам досталось помещение над какой-то вытяжкой на первом этаже - периодически преследовал неприятный запах то ли с кухни, то ли со склада ресторана внизу. В самих комнатах грязные стены и двери (я приложу фотографии). Кто и как моет посуду (ПММ в апартах нет) непонятно, потому что при заезде нас встретили столовые приборы со следами пищи предыдущих гостей. Мебель на балконе тоже пришлось отмыть от пыли самостоятельно. Сейф не работал, а так как найти какого-либо сотрудника здесь можно только утром, его смогли отремонтировать только на другой день к обеду. Check-in происходит через некий аппарат, со сканированием документов, вводом различных данных. Троим долго. И просто песня - заявленная уборка. По факту через день, в промежуточный день предусмотрен вынос мусора и смена полотенец по требованию. И если в других местах этот сервис происходит практически незаметно, то здесь сотрудницы появлялись на этаже к полудню, непременно вдвоём или втроём, с музыкой и разговорами. От уборки в два часа дня в экстремально жаркие дни приходилось иногда отказываться. А какой "чистоты" приносили полотенца я тоже покажу на фотографии. В целом, это не те сервис и уровень чистоты, которые ждёшь за три сотни евро в день.
