− Het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk. Wij hebben een extra boeking gedaan van 3 nachten via hun website, maar kregen bij de receptie te horen dat dat helemaal niet kon. De boeking stond al, maar het boekingsbureau zou een fout hebben gemaakt. Er werd totaal niet meegedacht met een oplossing, we moesten maar zo snel mogelijk vertrekken en iets anders zoeken. Erg teleurstellend voor een hotel die zich promoot alsof ze een goede service aanbieden. We voelden ons niet welkom.

10.0施設も部屋も綺麗で清潔です。スタッフはリクエストにも応えてくれて皆親切でした。食事は野菜や果物が新鮮でとてもおいしかったです。繁華街から少し離れていますがtuktukで数分なので不便はありませんでした。

10.0I really enjoyed my stay. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Nice TV and very peaceful surroundings. They have a Coi river all around the property and ground floor rooms. Front desk folks, housekeeping and restaurant staff did a superb job. I started off each day with breakfast at the restaurant, and it was always great.
