Nice place.
9.0Location was great and the apartment was nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed.
− The sliding glass doors to the balcony enhanced the looks of the apartment but there was a gag in between the three panes in both the living room and master bedroom. This warmed up the rooms and you could hear the street noise. Also, the construction next door was very loud.

− Hay una construcción al lado que empieza a trabajar desde temprano y están duante el día. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema para dormir.
Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
8.0Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Top Lage. Bis Larcomar sind es 5min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist groß und ist alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine etc.
− Neben der Wohnung ist eine Baustelle. Entsprechend ist es tagsüber immer laut. Das WLAN funktioniert nur im Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer

Good apartment. My family and friends all enjoy staying in this apartment.
10.0The apartment is located in a great area with convenient transportation. The apartment has many rooms, making it suitable for multiple people to stay. On the last day, we forgot that we were supposed to check out at 11 o'clock. The staff patiently waited at the door until 11:45 when we returned before starting the cleaning, which was very professional. Sorry.

− The days we stayed there was construction going on. It was noisy. And there was a lot of Brazilian making noise

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
