Pretty but overall very unwelcoming.
3.0The aesthetic was great but staffing was terrible. Called and asked for early check in and was told they can’t even see if possible without adding a fee. Told them I’d grab lunch and come back and still had to call and wait after 3pm to be checked in and the rules seemed a little over the top. For example, you need to wash your dishes if you use them and no towels to be used for wiping the floors and will be charged if stained. The towels were very cheap and already stained. The front office was a mess and the shower leaked. The heater didn’t work and the room was freezing. The hotel was very pretty but very uncomfortable to use anything will not stay again.
