Great family holiday with something for everyone.
9.0Super buffet for all meals. Regional dishes as well as kids section, so something for everyone. Our room had a swim up pool which for us was perfect.
− The Grill restaurant food and staff were not as good as the main buffet restaurant.
Nice stay, lots of space but not feeing as inclusive as we had hoped

− Feel like the all inclusive is being managed by staff. 1 person working on swim up bar at times it would take 20 minutes to be served. Restaurant - first drink came then it felt like waiters would stay away from table. Room was paid for 4 people. Cleaner didn’t leave linen for 4 people once or make up beds, only main bed.

− I’m not sure it’s a top end 5*. Just hasn’t got that finishing touch! No towel hut/cabin to renew towels, no waiter service to beds (like you’d get in other 5* hotels!).
