10.0so I booked two nights left to Cuzco and then came back here. they didn’t charge me the nights I left and they stored all my luggage while I was gone . the doorman also coordinated my drop off and pickup to the airport.

10.0I love how all the rooms had its own bathroom. also loved how close everything was. ATM at the corner. I arrived so late they left coffee, sugar , tea & water and omggg it was a life saver. The doorman coordinated drivers for my family to go around. The grocery store was walking distance perfect with my babies to make them food and warm up milk( you have a fully stocked kitchen). it’s a very safe area with great Restaurantes near by. We had an accident with the toilet and they helped us out with that too. Katherine was our point of contact and she would reply at any time I messaged her. Great service I highly recommend.
− l went in the winter and it was cold but they gave me heaters and fluffy blankets. Problem fixed.
