− No poder usar la alberca.bllegaron unos huéspedes a las 9 am con bebidas la fiesta aún y así se metió a la alberca con ropa. Un mal detalle y no hubo recomendación.
Todo muy bien excepto la limpieza de la alberca.

− El agua de la alberca. Estaba muy sucia, le falta mantenimiento.

10.0Tout s’est bien passé! Un établissement super avec piscine, boutique souvenir, buffet petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont classiques et très confortables Il est vraiment très proche du site de Teotihuacan, on peut même voir une des pyramides depuis la réception ! Ils ont été très réactifs lors que nous avons oublié quelque chose dans notre chambre, et nous l’on préparé pour qu’on puisse le récupérer.

10.0En general es un magnífico lugar para disfrutar en compañía de familiares y amigos. Las habitaciones son muy tranquilas y acogedora. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.
− Los baños de la alberca necesitan mayor mantenimiento.
