− I had reserved a queen sweet with a kitchenette and it did not have a kitchenette supposed to have a bathtub and an ocean view and it could not have an ocean view because it was clear across the street! It was dirty the floor wasn't even finished there was no paint on the walls and I had a shower with a very very thin curtain. I was disgusted by how the room looked and just the whole vibe felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The only thing I would hear all night would be traffic! I talked to the management and she immediately agreed to give me back my full refund and that it would only take 5 days so I am waiting another day or two before I call and make sure it goes through to my card and fully refunded back on my card. The picture online did not make anything like this room! False advertising

I put my things in my room, left for an hour to try to collect myself because I was so upset. Came back and checked out

Location was nice. Staff was nice.

− Parking lot was dirty, I didn’t want to roll my suitcase through it. The room was dirty. There were smudges on the bed spread. The worst part was I did not feel safe. There were unsavory people smoking marijuana outside of my room. The windows were open, so my room smelled of that smoke. Also, there were gaps in the door, which did not make me feel safe or like I had privacy.

This place should've been a Red Flag from the start. We arrived a little after 3pm. We check in and when we entered the room. It was absolutely horrible sight to see. 1, the smell, can't even describe it. 2, you couldn't even call it dirty, more like disgusting! 3, it didn't just look old, but looked like it should be condemned. I literally walk right back out after looking around and when back to the front desk. I tell the lady at the front. That we wanted our money back cause it was filthy and didn't want to say there. She first tried to tell me. That we checked in at 1pm and spent to much time there already. I show her my receipt. We just got here, we did not arrive at 1pm. She then proceeded to tell me. It was a accident and they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned yet by "accident". She offered us a different room. But considering we drove a very long was and was tried. We decided to go look. It was a little cleaner and looked like it was a tiny but more updated. So we decided to stay instead. But after staying, we started to notice that the room wasn't as clean as we thought. But we made it work. Now comes this morning. I wake up to get ready and pack up to leave. As I'm getting ready. My girl tells me. Hey you have bug bites on your back. Thinking maybe it's from being outdoors. She takes a closer look. Come to find out. They are actually beg bugs bites. We pull the covers and behold. Signs of beg bugs. I automatically put something one and walk to the front desk. I proceed to tell the lady. What we found. She told me she would come and look. Not only did she not come. But she went on with her day like I didn't say anything. I told her again and she got her husband to come tell us. It's our fault we didn't say anything before and how we stayed and there is nothing they will do about. They now, were trying to blame us for staying there. They literally told us they are doing nothing about it. No refund, no cleaning, no checking it out. Mind you, this was in one of the rooms they were cleaning. When I had this conversation with the owner, I assume. I can clearly see. That it basically looked like they were using the same sheets on the bed. No wonder they have bed bugs. If you always wanted a Vacation that resembled what it would look like to be in hell. This is the perfect place for you. To be honest, I truly believe. It would've been cleaner to sleep on the street, behind a dumpster of butcher shop. That tossed their rotten leftover meat in that trash bin. Idk if I need it. But after staying in that god forsaken place. I feel like I need a chemical bath just to feel clean.

The location was good, the personnel was nice. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The person at the desk was very nice, the towels were lovely

− The beds are on metal platforms that squeak when a person shifts in the bed. They also resonate loudly when your foot touches them.

− Room stunk!!!! Felt like you were in a prison cell !!! Sunk into bed when you sat on it The room was so bad that we left even though we had already paid for it!!!!!!
