Disappointing and frustrating
1.0No breakfast was offered
− e300 was stolen from our room on our first day. As we pressed for answers/investigation we got conflicting stories. When we got the police involved, they paid us the e300 back- which led us to believe they were responsible.

− Very disappointing stay overall. €100 went missing from our bag during the stay. Turns out that this has happened to others too if you search the reviews. The accommodation also had several issues. Used towels were removed but not replaced, and when I contacted the owner, she responded that this was “not a 5-star hotel” rather than simply acknowledging the mistake. The rain shower had almost no water pressure, the drainage was very poor, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to spill onto the floor. There was also a lot of street noise, which made it difficult to sleep. On checkout day, staff repeatedly knocked on our door about 15 minutes before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, making us feel pressured to leave early. Stay away from this place to enjoy your vacation.
