8.0We stayed in the Aztec Room. There isn’t much soundproofing between upstairs and the Aztec room, it sounded like a herd of baby elephants until 10pm and from 7am. Check in was informative and easy with a key box outside the room. Room was clean and well equipped; TV with free view, coffee maker, digital radiator and a good quality shower. Fridge was very small and barely worked however. Good location to explore the Lakes and easily accessible from A66.
Owl Barn Cottage was not what we expected
