Old Hotel, Geat Location with Friendly Staff. Too Bad They Served Bad Coffee on Breakfast.
6.0I stayed there for three nights during my business trip in the city. The hotel location is right in the heart of the city, around 30 mins by car from the airport and just a 15 minutes to the city's old markets and diners. Checked in was speedy and easy, with staff being very helpful. I stayed on the 10th floor. The elevators were terrible, noisy and shaky, sometimes they smelled very bad, but when I told the staff about the bad smell, they immediately cleaned it up. I stayed in a single bed room, where everything were just okay. Old room, a little bit worn, but clean. The access to my room at the 10th floor was semi-outdoor and did not look nice, the alleys were old, worn but the good thing, they were clean. All the ammenities in the room were okay. The bed comfy, the towel was fresh, coffee, tea and hot water pot also available. The bath room functioned well, hit water worked, although the pressure was not to my satisfaction. Breakfast: bad taste. They served the worst coffee I have ever tasted. The friend rice and fried noodle were also bad. After my first day of breakfast, i skipped my breakfast on the next 2 days. I preferred to have my breakfast at the street food nearby the hotel. They should do something about the coffee and the fiid they served at breakfast. Please do something, they were bad. Overall: old hotel, but functioning with friendly and helpful staff. Onlely the breakfast that is terrible
