10.0Arms are always clean. The bed was super comfortable
I didn’t stay. I canceled and left. Booking refunded my money. I’m currently at the LuLu and it’s much better
1.0The photos are very deceptive. I booked a suite. What I saw wasn’t what was displayed on the booking website. It looked horrible.
− I like nothing about the property. I especially didn’t like Mr and Mrs owners. They should sell the place to someone else. They were rude and the owner said if you don’t like the room you go somewhere else. Typical behavior from the asian community. So don’t rent from these people. They just want your money. They don’t truly care about the property.
Allergies and heat led to a restless night. Will not be staying again.
1.0I requested fragrance-free room was not accommodated. suffered all night due to no screen on window and unable to run a/c because of the scents addhering to all surfaces.
