This place gives execptional ryokan and onsen experience!

The onsen is superb! We can also use onsen in the sister hotel, Shintaki, for free, which is only 5 mins walk. Room and it’s facility are so clean, amenities also so thoughtful and from a reputable brand. They provide snacks everyday in the room, and also lounge access that offers unlimited coffee, tea and sake, already included in your room fee. The staffs are helpful and can speaks English well.

− Location can only reached by car, 10-15 mins. The hotel can help order for you every time but expect waiting time of 10-15 mins.

Good to know

Reservations are required for massage services, spa treatments, and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
