8.0The hotel is nice, except that walls are very thin. So you hear everything when people next door speak. Also it's kinda far from the city center if you want to walk.

Perfect Stay in Salzburg!
10.0Great hotel! The staff were so kind, special thanks to Anna. It was also my birthday during my stay, and they'd left me a note and a little bag of candy! Very cute! Reception also lets you rent out umbrellas - very handy! Really good location too, right on the river, and 10-15 mins walk from Old Town. Would recommend! :)

6.0Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Zimmerausstattung sehr einfach und durcheinander. Kein Fernseher. Positiv war, dass es kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer gab.

4.0O quarto é apertado por conta de excesso de móveis. Muitos móveis desnecessários, estantes, armário demais. A limpeza é precária, a pia estava entupida e ficou assim todos os dias. Muita poeira e sujeiras debaixo dos móveis. Não repunham a quantidade de toalhas de acordo com a quantidade de hóspedes e nem papel higiênico. Era necessário pedir na recepção. O hotel precisa de reforma urgente, inclusive, com instalação de ar-condicionado. O verão europeu é quente e o ar é necessário. A diária é super cara se compararmos com as condições apresentadas pelo hotel.
