− Это не отель 3 звезды, а грязный сарай в здании ресторана. Деньги не вернули! Отдыхали в Малаге с 20 по 24 июля 2026 года. Забронировали этот отель на Booking.com из-за красивых фото и статуса "3 звезды". Каково же было наше разочарование, когда мы приехали по адресу. ❗️ Это даже близко не отель. Это какая-то пристройка к ресторану с отдельным металлическим входом, похожим на лестницу в сарай. Дверь была заперта, домофона нет — только телефон для связи. Мы прождали 30 минут, пока нам откроют. Внутри нас ждала маленькая грязная прихожая, которая называется "ресепшн". Там с трудом помещаются два человека. Везде пыль, запустение. Никакого намёка на чистоту и комфорт. Но самое неприятное — атмосфера и контингент. В коридорах шатались полураздетые девушки с сомнительным поведением. Мы почувствовали себя неуютно и небезопасно. Мы сразу отказались от заселения и потребовали вернуть деньги. В ответ услышали: "Вы же подтвердили бронирование". Но как можно подтверждать то, что скрыли за красивыми картинками? Фотографии в интернете — это обман. Реальность — опасные и грязные апартаменты на дороге. После долгих перезвонов с Booking.com и менеджерами отеля мы так и не получили ни копейки. Компания перекладывает ответственность на отель, отель — на Booking. В итоге мы остались без денег и без жилья в чужой стране. 🚨 Огромная просьба: не попадайтесь на эту уловку. Проверяйте свежие отзывы, не верьте идеальным фото. Hotel Casa Dalia — это не отель, а грязный хостел с подозрительными постояльцами. Booking.com покрывает мошенников, не возвращая деньги за неоказанную услугу. Будьте бдительны! Итог: потеряно [сумма] евро, испорченный отпуск и испорченное настроение. Очень жаль, что такой сервис существует в 2026 году.

8.0La habitación y el baño eran amplios y se veían nuevos. La zona es tranquila y hay donde aparcar cerca. Hay varios restaurantes donde comer por la zona.

− La puerta de la entrada va muy fuerte y es muy pequeña, no hay ascensor, la chica que nos atendió al llegar más sosa que todo.

8.0la ubicación era buena, la habitación también, la decoración era moderna, las camas eran muy cómodas, aunque una pata de una de las camas estaba rota.
− La habitación y la recepción podría haber estado un pelín más limpia. Pero en general esta bien para una o dos noches de paso.
