2.0It was horrible the key fobs to the gates did not work with 2 kids i literally waited 2 hours for some help to come and open up. They fixed my key fobs only on the last day of the stay

6.0I don't like the way that it works! To get the key it's all a riddle. There's not a front desk.
As they say..its "apartments" not a hotel..
6.0Complicated check in No housekeeping so be prepared to clean on ur vacation No black out curtains or any curtains. Just normal blinds that will wake ur kids up early No replenish of toiletries so pack well Area and property grounds v good. Nice restaurants and shopping near by
Great Apartment, Great Location. Checkin - Beware.
8.0The reviews I read said everything was great except the check-in process. Even with full warning, it still was a problem for me. I wound up walking around the large complex in the hot sun, dragging my bags trying to find the dropbox with the key. Well let me tell you, I did actually have all the information I needed if I had just read all of the documents sent to me. They do make it very clear what to do - so just don't skim and use only the app like I did and I think you should be fine. I especially found the pictures of the garage entrance and elevator wall to be helpful. The complex and apt itself is amazing and a GREAT location. There is a Starbucks right in the Village and you are walking distance from The Irvine Spectrum Center which is a fabulous place for shopping, eating, movies, cocktails, etc. Also very close to FivePoint Ampitheater and Amtrak station which is what drew us to it in the first place.
