− I already sent my survey but want to add something very important. During the booking process our different credit cards were rejected asking us to contact the hotel to solve the problem. The truth was they wanted full payment in advance. Those are not the conditions on the booking page.

5.0Hello, loved the location and how spacious the room was and cleanliness.
− The guest services dest gentleman was very nice and helpful. However, the general manager or owner was not at ALL friendly. My mother came to town and needed to use my room to jist change before I checked out. Literally 15 min. ( i had also paid for 2 ppl but my boyfriend could not make it to Oaxaca with me) and shexdid notcallpw that at all. My mom is a 65 year old lady and she was NOT gonna stay!!! This place has a huge problem with evaluating a situation and doing whats good for your guests. I will Never stay here again and its a shame because the location was perfect.

− el aire acondicionado no servia, os tuvieron que pasar de habitacion y aun asi fallo un poco. las almohadas un poco incomodas
