Excellent budget guesthouse in centre of town

This was the perfect budget guesthouse to stay at for me, excellent value for money, staff were so nice, bed was comfortable, location was great, just across the road from a large supermarket with a bakery. Budget car rental downstairs, 3 minute walk to the market in one direction and the clock tower (centre of town) the other. There are good restaurants 5 minute walk. Breakfast basic but good enough. I stayed in the single room with private bathroom and it was great!

Talofa Inn is rated a two-star property so don't expect a five-star/resort style experience. However, Talofa Inn is superbly located in central Apia Town; the Inn is part of a larger property that rents cars; it's across the road from a great supermarket; and everything is walkable. The rooms are basic but good: beds are good, air conditioning works, bar fridge is good, bathrooms are clean. What more do you need? In addition, visitors can use the large fridge, gas cook top, and all kitchenware in the property's shared kitchen. There's a large comfortable and shaded deck which gets the cross breeze. And a basic but lovely breakfast is included (fruit, toast, cereal). Finally, the staff are wonderful: from the manager to the security guard (who is rostered on all night and who locks the property gates once all guests are inside), everyone is so friendly and helpful. We stayed twice at Talofa and we would stay again without hesitation; it's our home away from home in Apia Town!

Wonderful hotel in Samoa! Comfortable and spacious rooms, good air conditioning and excellent working wifi. Hot water also was never an issue. All these are not for granted in the pacific, so kudos to this hotel for getting all the basics right! Really friendly and welcoming service! They also were happy to offer a late checkout as they were not fully booked on day of departure. Located right in the heart of Apia and walkable to virtually everything in town.

The facility itself is so clean, best location because it is near to supermarkets, shops which makes it convenient to stay. The staff are so friendly and they have very good customer service. The security in particular is so kind. We arrived in early morning around 3am but he was not informed of our arrival, he was so kind enough to let us in the room that we preferred to stay in for the night and we'll sort it out the next morning. The rooms are so nice and very spacious. I will book again with you when I come to Apia soon. Fakafetai lasi

− It is so hard to think of a thing that I don't like but I'm gonna say that the room that we stayed is too close to the road. And disturbance from vehicles and loud music from cars are the only things I was not used to.
