4.0受付、レストランともにスタッフの対応はとても丁寧で良かった。外国人スタッフも丁寧な日本語を話せてもてなしもしっかりしているので違和感なく過ごせました。 不満は部屋の扉関係、掃除、備品です。 入り口の扉、トイレの扉、シャワー室の扉すべて遮音性が低く音や声がそのまま聞こえる。ベッドの下の清掃が行き届いていない。洗面所備品がほぼ無い（ロビー横から手持ち）。シャワー室のソープやシャンプーの量が少ない。様々な事情で温泉に浸かれない人もいると思うので、シャワー室の備品はきちんと揃えてほしい。

8.0夕飯のバイキングはもう少し海鮮系が欲しかったです。 あとは特になく、ホテルから見る花火はとても素敵でした。 ウェルカムドリンクの日本酒は最高でした！
