7.0The room was as advertised and fit our short stay needs. The bed was soft, the bathroom was clean and the things were good for our short stay. The air condition worked and was helpful for the heat of the day. The location to the Javits center and Time Square was great for walking.
− The layout was a bit to get use to as the closet cabinet should have been positioned better to open then right in front of the desk. The desk itself was ok but he chair seemed like an after thought and should be replaced with something more suited for the room size. The lobby seemed to be under some construction or just not well put together.

− Algunos servicios que ofrecen los encuentro muy elevados en precio. Las almohadas deben de cambiarlas son demasiado blandas. Es mejor dormir si ellas. Use las 4 y se convirtieron en 1½
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone the roof top bar is the selling point but the hotel itself is very claustrophobic thin

− Long ques to checkin like a bus stop very 2 check in staff for over 25 ppl waited in a queue for almost 35 mins
Good overall.
7.0Great location, very convenient, lots of good places to eat even late at night, accessible to the subway, and buses. Walking distance to most attractions including Chrysler Building, Central Park, 5th Ave, etc.
− Dim lighting in the room, shower door was leaking into the floor, no fridge in the room.
