4.0La reprise par Hilton est décevante. Le wifi marche mal, le système télé aussi, avec votre carte de la chambre vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans l’hôtel depuis le parking ni dans l’hôtel le soir. En plus dans ce dernier cas, j’ai été obligé d’appeler au telephone pour avoir quelqu’un, la sonnette de porte ne marchant pas. Après avoir attendu 5 min, le seul commentaire auquel j’ai eu droit est « j’avais du travail dans les étages » Désolant

8.0Nice hotel, recently changed hands and booking has become more difficult and expensive
First and last visit
4.0Reasonable hotel but not good location for getting to the city and poor management. Very difficult to get tea/coffee sachets and milk for the room - delays while someone had to go to the cellar to look for them. Strange arrangements for meals not properly explained at check in. Fire alarm at 2.15 in the morning with nobody to tell us what was happening or when we could go back to the room. Subsequently told that there was only one person on duty dealing with an overheated oven. In the morning raised this with a manager who just said ‘these things happen‘ while not acknowledging hotel staff were at fault by not turning off the oven/barbecue. To be fair, after lengthy discussion, this manager did offer to cancel. the parking charge by way of compensation and this was appreciated. Not a place we would want to stay at again.

8.0Bel hotel avec de jolies prestations. La chambre est confortable et agréable. L'hotel est un peu excentré, la voiture est nécessaire. Nous sommes ressortis diner a pied, la nuit etait fraiche sur le retour.
