− Que no dejarán mantener el coche el día de salida hasta después de comer. Realmente pagas ese día de parking; nada barato, y no tienen ese detalle

8.0La ubicación y las camas
− El tercer día de nuestra estancia, a partir de las 16:30 estuvieron haciendo reparaciones ocasionando mucho ruido (taladro y martillo) y no pudiendo descansar. Al manifestar nuestro malestar a las 19:30, nos indicaron que entendían perfectamente nuestra molestia. De cualquier manera, creo que deberian de haber previsto está situación. Entendemos perfectamente que haya que hacer reparaciones, pero deberian de habernos avisado, ya que no nos habríamos alojado allí. Nuestro objetivo era esa búsqueda de tranquilidad, por eso nos hemos alojado en este apartamento. Creo que deberian haber valorado compensarnos de alguna manera, ya que no han cumplido con los servicios ofertados. De cualquier manera, si no fuera por el tema de los ruidos, la estancia habría sido perfecta, así que la recomiendo.

9.0El trato de la anfitriona es muy bueno y la ubicación es excelente, es una zona tranquila a 5 minutos de la plaza y de la catedral. Es cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, está nuevo y cuidado con mimo.
− Aunque apreciamos ciertos aspectos, como el excelente sistema de calefacción, nos gustaría señalar algunos puntos de mejora. Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en un espacio que anteriormente era un sótano, lo que impedía la ventilación natural al no contar con ventanas. Además, al carecer de aire acondicionado —servicio que sí estaba disponible en el apartamento de mis amigos—, la estancia resultó algo incómoda. Por otro lado, debido a la ubicación de las tuberías en la parte superior, el uso del baño (ducha, inodoro y lavabo) depende de una bomba de evacuación que genera un ruido considerable. Finalmente, consideramos que la calidad de las almohadas también podría mejorarse.
