We traveled with our adult children. We booked three rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with modern facilitéis. Two of them with direct access to the balcony with beautiful views of Dubrovnik. The third room had no balcony but could access the balcony through the common kitchen. Anka was very welcoming and helpful, she even arranged a parking spot and a permit to bring the car in the town the day of our check-in.

It is clean, bathroom to the room, common kitchen for all 4 rooms with fridge, dishwasher and everything to prepare food. Nice view from the balcony.

− Location - it seems close to old town on the map, but in reality is painful to reach especially when it is hot, rainy or with suitcase: steep stairs ot steep streets. Two of four rooms have beautiful see view, mine was one without, with a small window looking to the neighbours court. It is not a real hotel, the title says rooms, nevertheless it is confusing, so I missed the usual services after check out which is quite early at 10 o'clock like to leave my luggage in a luggage room (I was allowed to leave it in the common kitchen), to use a toilet when I come back for the luggage. This accomodation is not cheap. All in all I am disappointed with Dubrovnik, tourists are considered primarily a source of money. Public transport is badly organised.
