10.0We had a fantastic stay at Ararat Colonial Lodge Motel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The motel has been beautifully renovated and everything feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another huge advantage. It’s a great base for exploring Halls Gap and the surrounding tourist attractions, with an easy drive to all the major sights. We spent the weekend visiting different destinations around the Grampians and found Ararat to be the perfect place to stay. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of shops, cafés, and restaurants in town. Overall, this is excellent value for money with beautiful, renovated rooms, wonderful hosts, and a fantastic location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
Perfect place to enjoy Ararat
10.0Always love staying here. Excellent location walking distance to everything you need. The room is very comfortable, it even has electric blankets. The kitchenette is great, nice to have a cuppa and relax. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
