Had to cancel the reservation and book another hot
2.0As we arrived the gates to the entrance and the hotel itself was locked, there was no one inside. We had to call the number on the reservation to find out that the admin was so sick so no one was working. We waited for someone to arrive, they let us in and showed the room. The room that we booked was clean, although there was no separation between the bedroom and bathroom, or toilet. The dining area inside felt like sitting in a basement, as there were no windows and the area itself felt very small. We wanted to go for dinner into town but needed to make sure there will be someone when we come back (24 hour staff was written on the hotel description on the website) . But the person that was there at the moment wanted to give us the keys to the hotel itself as he was planning on leaving for the night. We left the hotel and made another reservation after that.
SHOCKING
2.0AVOID this place at ALL costs! No management available, no breakfasts for 2 days when you have paid for breakfast, no checking on you to see if all ok - NOTHING !!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !!! The staff refuse to give the owners details ... why you have to ask yourself ???
