5.0The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. It was convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing, with everything we needed close by. The pool facilities were good and provided a great place to unwind. The area was clean, with enough space for up to 9 guests to use the bed lounges and 14 seats under shade near the pool bar. Great Breakfast was also provided for our stay. There was a good variety of fresh options available each morning, and everything was well presented and tasty. It was a great way to start the day and added to the overall positive experience. .
− The property had significant potential to be improved with some relatively inexpensive upgrades and better maintenance. For example, the stand-up fan provided in our room had been taped to hold the button down in order for it to operate. It was extremely noisy, which affected our sleep, and it did not cool the room adequately. The overall facilities appeared run down, with discarded furniture and items, such as an old door, left in plain sight rather than being properly removed or disposed of. We also reported an issue with our satellite TV to reception on three occasions. Unfortunately, the issue was not followed up, and we had to repeatedly chase reception for an update. Overall, the property has potential, but greater attention to maintenance, presentation and follow-through on guest requests would significantly improve the experience
