Disappointed with the room

− I was disappointed with the room because there were lot of small problems like : no place to hang towels in the bathroom, no place to hang the toilet paper, the press button of the hand washing gel not working, the bunk bed of the kids making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. On the top of that we learned that we didn’t have the right to sit at the tables in the common area as long as we didn’t order something to eat.

10.0Nossa viagem em família foi simplesmente incrível, e a recepção da Kristina fez toda a diferença. Ela nos recebeu com muita simpatia e hospitalidade. A localização é excelente, dentro da Cidade Velha de Rhodes, com fácil acesso a bares, restaurantes e supermercados, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O quarto é muito confortável, limpo e bem organizado. O hotel também oferece café da manhã por €12, que vale muito a pena: é bastante completo, com diversas opções, especialmente de frutas frescas. Um detalhe importante é que as vans não podem entrar na Cidade Velha, então é preciso caminhar um pequeno trecho até a hospedagem. No nosso caso, foi uma caminhada curta e tranquila. Além da hospedagem, o local também funciona como café e bar ao longo do dia, sendo uma ótima opção para fazer uma refeição ou aproveitar um drink em um ambiente agradável. Recomendo sem dúvidas e certamente me hospedaria novamente! Observação: Evitem os restaurantes localizados no centro da Cidade Velha, especialmente os mais turísticos. Infelizmente, nossa experiência não foi boa. Vale a pena caminhar um pouco mais e procurar restaurantes um pouco afastados das ruas principais, onde encontramos opções com comida de melhor qualidade, atendimento mais atencioso e preços mais justos.

10.0Rummet var fräscht kändes helt nytt, härlig sittyta utanför rummet. Mysigt läge i gamla stan på bra avstånd från det turistiga. Fantastiska värdar, hjälpsamma och trevliga helt klart utöver det vanliga.

9.0Location was within the gates, which was awesome. We also rented a car through them which was super easy. Everyone was very friendly. Room was small but everything we needed.
− Some warm breakfast options would be nice. Our room having more storage options or hanging options in the bathroom. Finding parking to leave the car we rented was difficult.
