Wonderful location with some basic maintenance needed.
7.0We received an upgrade from the smallest to the largest unit in the complex. The unit was large and had a wonderful porch with comfortable furniture overlooking the river.
− There were maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They also need new mattresses on the beds.
