Vor Versand der Email wurde mir in einem Telefonat mit dem Kundenservice von booking.com eine schnelle Bearbeitung meiner von mir angekündigten Emai zugesagt. Leider wurde sie mir bisher nicht von Ihnen beantwortet, auch der Eingang nicht bestätigt Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
