Unhappy stay
1.0Location was okay- otherwise the stay was very unpleasant overall. The reception looks nice and is consistent with the photos shown on the booking sites, but the quality and looks of the rooms are unfortunately misrepresented.
− Generally the staff were very irritable and unfriendly and not so accommodating. The room was cleaned 1 day while I stayed for 5 days, even when the bed was made, the dustbin was not cleared for the 5 days. The staff at the reception upon our arrival was very irritable. The staff needs to be more customer friendly and more accommodating.
