5.0Было чисто, неплохой завтрак
− Очень плохой персонал. На стойке регистрации молодые парнишки работают невежливые и неприветливые. Попросила поменять батарейки на пульте одного из телевизоров- так никто и не пришел. Когда завтракали, официанты очень громко между собой общались и смеялись. Где вы набрали этих молодых безграмотных людей?
Disappointing stay
4.0The location was good, a lot of green parks around and large supermarket and convenience store near by. Very close to one of the best attraction in town - “Kok Tube”. The breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from and good fresh food- we loved it.
− The facilities and rooms are old and poorly renovated. Some of the parts of the hotel are still under construction. Air conditioning in weak and we had problems with it in our rooms. The room was uncomfortable for a stay with a baby. Shower had no door so on every shower the whole place would get wet. There is a very loud music coming from a nearby venue during the weekend until 02:30AM it’s extremely loud and could be heard strongly in our rooms. Overall it felt like this place is struggling to keep up with times. We are visiting Kazakhstan once a year and It’s sad to say but we won’t be back to this hotel.
