10.0Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The location was perfect, everything was super clean, and the staff was incredibly responsive. The receptionists were very professional and always ready to help. A special thanks to Carlos, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. One of the highlights was the amazing coffee shop inside the hotel. They gave us a tour of how they roast the beans and explained the different tasting profiles in detail. The person who runs the coffee shop is a true expert, and we felt very lucky to learn from him—it made our mornings extra special. I highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with top-notch service and unique touches that make it unforgettable!

10.0Great hotel to stay at on West End. Close to all shop, bars and restaurants. Beach access with chairs was a plus as well. I think the only downside would be the Saturday late night loud cars and loud music driving by between the hours of 10pm to 4am. I wish they could close the street down on Saturday nights.

10.0The beach is steps from your room with free chairs and towels. Shopping and dining is all within walking distance. Many activities to chose from with boats at every dock and water taxi to take you anywhere else. This was a great experience and I will definitely book again!

10.0We just returned from an amazing week at Mr Tucan.. The staff is top notch.. extremely friendly and helpful for all your needs!! We loved it!! The perfect location to the beach and all the restaurants/bars and shops.. Bean Crazy is a fabulous breakfast/lunch spot.. the only negative we have is we didn’t stay long enough 🙂 Soo much to do!
