4.0Подрабатывают студенты, соображают туго, не понимают что хочешь. Странные ограничения из разряда платить за все отдельно, почему нельзя забронировать сразу баню и бильярд? Заселение с 6 часов! Тут вопрос к ру.хотелс, они эту инфу на сайте не указывают

8.0Sólo una persona habla ingles, pero nos ayudó lo suficiente, el hotel es amplio y tranquilo ya que se encuentra afuera de Moscú.

10.0Excellent nice hotel. We were there for the World Cup football. The staff were excellent and helpful. Especially a lady who sat near the reception on her laptop who spoke very good English. She sorted out taxis and told us about trains to Moscow from the local station. Without her we would of been stugling to get about. Plenty to do in the garden with a nice little pool and bbq etc. Overall i we really enjoyed this hotel. Thanks to all the staff
