10.0El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y está bien ubicado dentro de la Medina. El desayuno también es de muy buena calidad pero lo que es excepcional es la atención y calidez del personal del hotel. Están siempre atentos para ayudarte y hacerte sentir como en casa. Además siempre están dispuestos para ayudarte para que tu estancia en Marrakesh sea placentera. Merecen mención especial IMAD, RASHID y OUISSAL que valen oro y que permanecerán en mi memoria por siempre.
