9.0The stuff was always there to help you, they were very resourceful, gave me lots of information on where I can go and what I should see. They packed me breakfast on the day I was taking ferry and had to leave early. They have a rooftop where I could just sit on the couch and relax at the end of the day.

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
