10.0واحد من أفضل الفنادق التي حجزتها في الجبيل موظف الإستقبال خاصة الاستاذ أحمد حاتم كان جداً بشوش وج جداً متعاون موظف الإستقبال الثاني لا أعرف إسمه ولكن كان باكستاني الجنسية كان جداً جداً محترم
Bad staff, small room
6.0It was not so pleasant stay, the room is very small and there is no bed for infants as we asked them. The receptionist was not good enough to work in this place, they are not polite and not professional in handling customers. No worker helped in luggage.total it was bad experience and I will never stay in that hotel again
