Do not stay off season
2.0I was the only one on the grounds traveling alone! No resturant or bar open! Lights went out at midnight on pitch dark! No one at front desk left at 5pm!
Love this place!
10.0Loved everything about The Ridge except my room was cold. When I arrived, the heat was off or way down, I turned it to 71 and it took 8 hours to warm up.
Much room for improvement
4.0Room was dirty (carpet, bathroom), room was very cold upon check-in, in-room heater had been turned off. Disappointing.
